AZ-OS + AZ Interface

Integrity precedes execution. The Interface is the control surface.

This is an overlay, not a kernel. AZ-OS is a portable folder and a local control surface. It does not boot hardware, replace your operating system, load a hypervisor, or install a bootloader. Nothing executes without an ARC token issued after five gates pass. Propagation is invitation, not infection.

Request execution

Five-gate result

Submit a request. Default is deny. A FAIL issues an invite, not a silent block.

Authorized actions

Buttons enable only with a live ARC token. Halt freezes execution; Lumen keeps running.

Purge session

Deletes the .azos/ session directory only. Never $HOME, never OS files. Type CONFIRM.

Invite

Unauthorized environments receive an invite — not a silent error.

Execution log

Append-only sha256 chain. Time-bound actions are final. No rewrite.
